CHICAGO & CLEVELAND– JULY 21, 2016 – TechCXO®, the leading provider of on demand executives for technology companies, today announced that it is continuing its expansion in the Midwest by adding key new executives in Chicago and Cleveland.
Sales executives Richard Catizone and John McShea will join TechCXO’s Chicago office and veteran finance and operation executive Dan O’Connor will join TechCXO in Cleveland.

Richard Catizone is a strategic, results-driven, visionary sales leader with over 20 years of experience in technology business. (See Richard’s bio here.) He works with companies to not only develop winning growth/profitability strategies but also to drive them to fruition. His unique combination of high technology knowledge coupled with broad business experience makes for a comprehensive understanding of how to translate technology value into business wins. Richard holds a BS in Computer and Electical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
John McShea is a sales executive with 25-plus years in successful sales leadership positions on Wall Street to help early and mid stage companies. (See John’s bio here.) He has also served as a senior advisor to several startups and early stage companies in financial services, alternative commodity exchanges, and B2B and B2C manufacturing sectors. John builds teams that generate extensive sales growth using aggressive new business development and account management and retention strategies. John attended Northwestern University and the Kellogg School of Management where he received his MBA. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University in Political Science and Business Administration.
Dan O’Connor is a dynamic finance professional with over 30 years of combined Big-4, Tier-1 Consulting, BPO Advisory, and cross-industry CFO/COO experience. (See Dan O’Connor’s full bio here). His expertise spans the entire strategy, finance, and operations value chains, including: strategy execution and performance measurement, organizational operating models, financial and management reporting, core financial systems, analytic reporting applications, and shared services / sourcing strategies. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BBA University of Notre Dame. He is also a certified CPA in the state of Ohio.
