Before joining TechCXO, Ann was a contracted Vice President of Sales for Properly Canada, a Series B based in Toronto, where she developed their sales strategy and GTM for Ontario and British Columbia. She built the foundational blocks of their sales motion and leadership, which resulted in revenue growth of 3x YoY, positioning Properly for a successful fundraising round of $36M in July 2022.  

Prior to Properly.ca, Ann was the Senior Director of Regional Partnerships, Premier Agent Sales for Zillow Group. Ann led the sales organization of more than 300 employees across the United States. She worked collaboratively with leaders and cross-functional partners to develop and implement a GTM strategy, resulting in revenue growth of 84% from $760M ARR 2017 to $1.4B ARR 2021. To support this revenue growth, Ann worked with HRBPs to rebuild the cultures in Denver and NYC from “bro-tech culture” and “cultureless” into havens of equity, inclusivity, and belonging. The success metric was earning the highest employee engagement scores across the company. 

Before entering Proptech, Ann led broadcast and digital sales organizations at NBC, CBS, and ABC affiliates that focused on the growth of local economies by helping SMB and Enterprise companies achieve their objectives through the design of customized marketing solutions. Throughout her robust tenure, Ann earned the reputation of “change agent” based on her ability to build One Team cultures.
