His areas of expertise include financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, due diligence for acquisitions & divestitures, financial platform implementation, budgeting, accounting cycle & staff management, operational process implementation, and shareholder & board communication.

Kent has an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Georgia and a Master of Accounting and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
