Lindsey has truly opened my eyes to the best practices and contemporary tools of talent recognition, recruitment, and retention. She was instrumental in improving our HR regulations compliance by transitioning to a professional employer organization. In doing so, she also improved the selection and quality of benefits available to our employees while achieving simultaneous fringe benefits cost reduction to the company. She modernized many of our core processes by implementing an applicant tracking system to allow us to reach a broader talent pool and progress through the interviewing process more quickly. She also rolled out a new performance management tool to improve the efficacy of our performance reviews, improve the alignment of individual goals towards company strategic objectives, and create an employee feedback mechanism by means of engagement surveys. She is a passionate and capable leader, as well as an attentive and dedicated colleague. –Anton Geiler, President of Metamagnetics
