For this cloud-connected, orthopedic medical imaging company Murem led strategy, marketing, and business development for the breakthrough Micro C mobile X-ray solution from concept to commercialization with a large pipeline of qualified prospects and distributors – worldwide and high industry and global brand recognition.
Advisor to Board, CEO & Management, Checkpoint Systems. Murem led an international corporate development team to incorporate RFID [radio frequency identification] technologies into Checkpoint Systems retail security solutions by engaging potential strategic partners, suppliers, and acquisition candidates.
Founding Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer, MSX International. Murem led corporate marketing and business development at this $1B outsourcing services company with more than 50 technology and business services lines and a rapid succession of acquired businesses ranging from high-tech engineering and manufacturing to marketing technologies.
Senior Vice President, Kelly Services. Murem expanded its start-up outsourcing services unit to a stand-alone P&L division with sizable, long-term contacts with Fortune 500 customers such as General Motors ($100 million), Johnson & Johnson ($50 million), and other corporate customers, including General Electric, IBM and Dow Chemical.

Murem also provides leadership for two Georgia-based technology catalysts – as vice president of the board of The Creative Coast in the Savannah region and as a mentor with Georgia Tech’s Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC). Murem received her B.A. in Government from Cornell University as a General Motors Scholar and her M.B.A. from Yale University School of Management with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy.
