Rob Morrison is a C-Level Retail Executive with a proven track record for building scalable, replicable businesses in a wide array of retail formats, from luxury to mass market.

As a dynamic leader, Rob serves retail clients as an interim, part-time and on-demand CEO and COO, who is skilled in developing and implementing key strategies to drive results, organizational development, store concepts, design and modeling, sales and margin growth, strategic partnerships and bottom-line financial performance.

With his demonstrated ability to drive transformational improvement while nurturing the core culture of the organization, Rob is recognized as a highly competitive, passionate, persuasive and articulate leader, able to achieve results through vision, execution, cross-functional collaboration, commitment and integrity.

Among his career highlights, Rob has served as:

CEO, Gracious Home – Led a team of professionals focused on re-energizing a venerable 50 year old NY business. Took the company through a sale of the business within the first 18 months. Then led the company into and out of bankruptcy resulting in a re-launch and re-emergence of the brand.

Retail Development Consultant, Dorel Recreation & Leisure – Established the concept and led the team that launched a new retail channel for this multi-national corporation of consumer products. Cannondale Stores debuted June 2013 and 3 additional locations subsequently opened in quick succession.

SVP – Stores and Operations, Lumber Liquidators – Brought in by the founder and private equity investors to redefine this chain of retail wood flooring stores to enable a public offering (11/07), while driving the growth necessary to support that event. This included reinventing the business model and redefining the fundamental store concepts.

Rob has also successfully served in executive roles with Artistic Tile, Waterworks, Coach Leatherware, Sportmart, Ann Taylor, Neiman Marcus, and Lord & Taylor.
