Tracy Hawkey

Tracy Hawkey is a growth, strategy and sales executive who assists IT, services, software and tech startups and growth companies as an interim and fractional CSO and CRO.

Tracy is a two-time entrepreneur and founder of two successful consulting firms, an author of “small business market domination strategies” and brings more than 30 years of successful sales and marketing leadership in multiple industries. He has a keen focus and profound skill set in building and revitalizing sales, operations, and marketing roles using modern enablement, coaching and management strategies to attract prospects, identify award winning solutions, and grow profitable client relationships.

He has received numerous “Top Producer” awards and has lead one of his consulting companies to be recognized as the “Top Supplier Partner” to a Fortune 500 Systems Integrator. As a highly decorated sales executive he has personally been accountable for delivering more than $1B in sales.

Tracy started his career with Boeing Computer Systems where he began developing software and soon moved into senior customer facing roles for products and services revenue growth.

During his distinguished career, Tracy has held sales and marketing leadership positions with both Fortune 500 type enterprises such as, Arrow Electronics and Dell-EMC, where he implemented sales strategies that expanded annual revenues by 4x over 22 months; revitalized key partnership relationships that led to more than $80M in new revenue; and expanded professional services offerings resulting in growing revenues by $120M in products, software, and services for Arrow, a global distributor of storage, computers, software, and cloud-based systems. Tracy used his vast technology sales experience to focus on helping emerging growth technology companies and has held senior positions with SANRAD, Inc.Knowledgefactor, Inc., and Managed Storage International, Inc., alike.

An avid sportsman with interests in swimming, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and cycling. He also enjoys the culinary arts and is a passionate foodie, sommelier and what-to-be chef always looking for the best food and wine pairing experience for the best value. He likes to travel with his wife and spending time with his dogs and his three grandchildren.
