PokitDok’s challenge was to raise new capital and scale its business. It had to secure new capital while building relationships with more than 300 insurance providers nationally to allow easy transfer of data between patients, providers, and insurers. TechCXO advised on and assisted in the capital raise as acting CFO. In addition, TechCXO provided other operational and sales resources to assist in accelerating the scale of the overall business.
TechCXO assisted San Mateo, California-based PokitDok with a $38 million Series B financing led by Lemhi Ventures, Rogers Venture Partners and other undisclosed investors.
