As Regional Director, Enterprise and Mid Market Accounts for Gainsight, the leader in B2B Customer Success Management, Bill led the engagement efforts in some of the largest ARR deals in the company’s history, as well as helped in the development of go to market positioning, messaging, sales strategies, use cases and pricing strategies across multiple mid-market and enterprise customer segments. Prior to Gainsight, Bill served as VP of Sales for Infor’s Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, where he rebuilt and led the sales team, establish sales processes, increase sales and drive predictable sales results. Sales increased over 5X in the first year and continued to accelerate in the following years.
He has excelled as a customer success, sales and operations leader and record-setting contributor at companies including Gainsight, Infor, Convergys, Epiphany, PeopleSoft, Right at Home and others.
