Among his career highlights, Harold has served as:
- Senior Director, Global Operations for HARMAN International. Harold was awarded with key role in technology solutions company’s post-acquisition change management initiatives, maximized best practices developed at AMX and integrated into new unified operating platform. Integrated and directed daily global operations, including strategic business planning, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, program management, IT, S&OP forecasting and contract management. Measured and reported on operational performance and developed plans to improve key performance indicators.
- SVP, Global Operations for AMX by HARMAN. Harold established and led technology solutions firm’s operating infrastructure to support global business operations from strategy to sustainability in, supply chain, direct and indirect manufacturing, testing, quality and delivery. Grew three major factories, six OEM partner manufacturing sites, and contract metal and plastic fabricators. Acquired and integrated 7 operating companies into the company.
- Vice President, North American Services and Operations, Samsung Telecommunications America. Harold directed business strategy, distribution and logistics, order management, planning, customs compliance, QA/QC, call center operations, technical support and reverse logistics (with refurbishment and deployment operations) to support exponential growth; managed capital planning and expenditures. He led nine direct reports with ~750 full- and part-time employees, and contributed to substantial market share growth in a highly competitive market.
- Motorola– Harold’s various leadership positions included Director, North American Services and Operations; Director, North American Business Development; Senior Manager US National Service Operations; and Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, Motorola Canada.
Most recently, Harold served as Vice President of Operations with Red-Leaf Advisors, a Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Distribution strategy advisory firm focused on the drive from continuous improvement toward Operational Excellence.
