In his distinguished career, Jeff has held executive positions which include:

  • Chief Sales Officer for HD Supply – Jeff played a pivotal role in attaining better, faster, and sustainable revenue, profit, and market share increases by positioning and differentiating products in crowded and competitive markets. He successfully rebuilt business by creating, communicating, and establishing a compelling vision for a culture of professional excellence. He was accountable for $3B in revenues and oversight of National Accounts, as well as 1,500 team members, 6 direct VP reports, Field Sales (Healthcare, Hospitality, Institutional, and Multi-Family), Inside Sales, (Texas, Georgia, and California), Customer Care Centers (Georgia and California), Special Services, and Sales Operations.
  • As Executive Vice President of Sales for Windstream Enterprise, Jeff demonstrated consistent ability to establish and direct a high-performing, growth-oriented culture of 1250 team members including 4 regional presidents, 500 sales employees, 74 sales offices, and 45 channel members reporting to 7 vice presidents. His functional accountability included Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, and the Integrated Solutions Group. He delivered impressive revenue gains, profit growth, and market-share increases.  
  • Jeff has also served at Senior Vice President for One Communications, where he provided strategic sales leadership to a team of 40 sales managers. As Senior Vice President of Veramark Technologies, he drove sales and achieved aggressive revenue growth selling to strategic accounts.
  • Additionally, Jeff held executive sales and business development roles with Global Crossing and Motorola Communications.

Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, with a degree in Business Administration & Marketing.  He also holds High Performance & Leadership Certification from Cornell University.
