Judson Phillips has more than 20 years’ of executive marketing experience for B2B technology providers from startup to $50M+ in revenue. He is an accomplished marketing executive with expertise in product marketing, marketing communications, demand generation and increasing brand awareness.
He specializes in marketing-as-a-service (MaaS) programs for large and early-stage technology companies, helping them build marketing functions that drive accountable results, including accelerating demand, increasing corporate revenue and market presence, and expanding brand awareness. He is proficient in developing, directing and executing programs that include:
- product marketing
- marketing communications
- sales enablement
- demand generation
- content marketing, and
- social media.
Seasoned in developing overall marketing strategy for complex technology solutions, his direct efforts in emerging B2B software organizations have accounted for $950mm in shareholder value via successful acquisitions by publicly traded companies. These acquisitions include:
- Preparis (acquired by Agility Recovery in 2019), where was Interim VP of Marketing;
- Brightree (acquired by ResMed in 2016), where he was Director, Product Marketing and Marketing Communications;
- Advectis, Inc. (acquired by Xerox in 2007), where he was VP of Marketing;
- ViaFone (acquired by Extended Systems in 2002) and 2order.com (acquired by Primus in 2000), where he served as Director of Sales Consulting.
In addition, he has served as VP of Marketing for Reveille Software, where he directed outbound marketing activities for this early-stage software company.
