Neil Danzger is a Finance and Operations partner in TechCXO’s New York office. Neil is a versatile business builder with significant finance, operations, and human capital experience. He is most frequently called on by executives, investors and boards to support early and growth-stage companies as a CFO and COO.

During his prestigious career, positions held include CFO and Co-Founder of Rebar Systems, Inc. Rebar Systems’ core expertise is providing financial institutions such as hedge funds, brokers, and banks with software, IT consulting/integration services, and support of high-performance trading and transaction management systems. Systems include execution management systems (EMS) and order management systems (OMS). Neil established and managed finance, administration, and operations (FA&O) processes. He led human resources/benefits, legal, international operations, compliance, risk management, & real estate. The firm grew to more than 60 employees and double-digit millions in revenue.
Neil also served as Senior Vice President, Miami International Holdings, Inc., where he focused on operations and finance for the IT group of this well-funded startup involved in a massive systems development effort to serve the capital markets. He was Owner of Front Row Electronics, a consumer electronics e-commerce business. He also was a hedge fund analyst for RiverEdge Capital Partners. He was responsible for the fund’s tech sector investments. Neil was also Managing Director/Portfolio Manager for US Trust, where he co-managed $1B in large/mid-cap growth equities. Earlier in his career he was a technology research analyst with Morgan Stanley.
Neil has been active as a judge for student entrepreneurship competitions associated with the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton School. His pro bono work includes leading a team to help a NYC non-profit consulting firm revamp its website. He also led a team to assist a NYC non-profit plan its long-term curriculum roadmap. The organization helps women enhance their employability through job training.
Neil received an undergraduate degree in economics, with a concentration in accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B. Applied Science in computer science from Penn’s Engineering School. He received his MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
