As Director of Marketing for Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. (CCS), a payment and billing processing firm in Charlotte, NC, Samantha’s initial challenge was the rebranding of a company that was formerly two different entities, followed by integrating a third that was acquired during her tenure. She also handled new product launches, including: a mobile EBPP application, national and regional trade shows, customer and prospect outreach and ultimately, Salesforce.com implementation and administration. She remained at CCS for two years before taking a Director of Marketing position with the Farris Group just outside of Charlotte.
At Farris, Samantha developed and implemented the launch of two online start-ups in medical and veterinary hospital verticals. She created branding and the digital marketing strategy for both sites. Following the successful implementations, Samantha returned to the technology sector as a Director for TechCXO.
During the last four years with TechCXO, Samantha provided in-depth analysis of existing sales and marketing initiatives and processes for technology firms along the east coast, including: Nexus Systems, Sovereign Systems, Voxware, WealthEngine and Force Marketing. Following the analysis, new and improved processes were implemented alongside in conjunction with integrated sales and marketing systems, and tools to measure results and performance.
