Sue Joyce is an Atlanta-based people strategist who helps growth-stage technology companies build the HR foundation they need to scale. She has spent more than a decade as a senior people leader, including as VP and Chief People Officer at SaaS and tech companies such as Terminus, Rev.io, Gravitee.io, and Document Crunch, and as Global HR Director at IBM Cloud Video. She has led the people side of more than 13 acquisitions.
Sue is known for coming into organizations at turning points: building an HR function for the first time, moving off a PEO, integrating acquired teams, or shifting a culture toward performance and accountability. Her work covers organizational design, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits strategy, performance management, HRIS implementation, and audit readiness for SOC 2 and ISO.
Sue holds an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a B.A. in History from the University of Georgia.
