Aaron McGarvey is an AI-native entrepreneur and technology leader with deep expertise at the intersection of data science, AI, and product development. Aaron has designed, coded, and implemented numerous software products and AI solutions, including SAMPLEWATCH®, a compliance sampling management platform for water utilities, and AsimovAgent, an agentic software application for infrastructure due diligence. SAMPLEWATCH® was acquired by 120Water in July 2025 and has since become the company’s flagship software application.

Aaron specializes in LLM-first software design and is a practitioner and vocal advocate for building AI-native products from the ground up. But his deeper interest lies beyond the technology itself: he is keenly focused on new operating models in the age of AI — rethinking workflows, roles, software, and business value when intelligence is programmable.
He has worked across both early-stage startups and enterprise utilities in both power and water, giving him a fluency in fast-moving innovation and the operational realities of regulated industries. Aaron also serves as Technical Cofounder of AsimovGrid Inc.
He lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two children and is a native of the Philadelphia area.
