Gregory Petitalot is a finance executive with more than 25 years of international leadership experience helping organizations improve performance, navigate transformation, and create shareholder value.

His background includes serving as CFO of a private equity-backed global manufacturing company, where he partnered closely with the CEO, ownership, lenders, and Board to drive growth initiatives and support two exit processes. He also spent 16 years with SGS in senior finance leadership and internal audit roles, following seven years with Deloitte, where he built a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, audit, and transaction support.

Throughout his career, Gregory has led organizations through complex business transformations, including ERP implementations, finance process optimization, working capital and cash flow improvement, financial planning and analysis, operational performance management, M&A execution and integration, finance organization build-outs, and transaction readiness. He has extensive experience supporting Quality of Earnings reviews, lender and investor reporting, and private equity value creation initiatives.

Known for combining strategic vision with a hands-on leadership style, Gregory thrives in situations that require both operational execution and financial leadership. Whether stabilizing a finance organization, preparing a business for a transaction, supporting an integration or carve-out, or leading a finance transformation initiative, he partners closely with executive teams to strengthen financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and position businesses for sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
