Her career spans a wide array of industries, including advertising, media, healthcare, education, government, financial services, utilities, transportation, and digital marketing.
As a Chief Compliance Officer and Information Security Architect, Missy specializes in elevating security maturity, guiding organizations through audit readiness, and aligning compliance strategies with business objectives. She brings deep expertise in change management, enterprise architecture, and the design and implementation of scalable security solutions.
Over the past two decades, Missy has also led initiatives in organizational training, learning and development, and technical communication. She is a skilled liaison—adept at building trust with both internal teams and external partners—and is a committed stakeholder in the UI/UX design, testing, and deployment of software platforms.
Her current focus is centered on helping organizations improve their information security posture, with an emphasis on privacy regulations, audit framework preparedness, gap analysis, and policy development. She has supported and led efforts across a wide range of compliance standards, including:
