Tom is a well-respected industry veteran with 40 years of business leadership experience in the Technology Sector. Tom is a highly energetic leader that has built outstanding teams and $1B+ businesses with leading global market share throughout his career.
Early in his career, Tom held several Operations Management roles at GE and Sales Leadership roles at The BOC Group. Tom then joined Motorola’s telecommunications equipment solutions business and held many global Product Management and Business Leadership roles in both network infrastructure and consumer premise equipment (CPE) over the past 25 years.
Through industry consolidation, the Motorola business evolved through acquisition to become part of Motorola Mobility, Google, ARRIS, CommScope, and Vantiva. These businesses have developed and sold hundreds of millions of Broadband and Video CPE for both Service Provider and Retail customers globally.
Over this time, Tom had P&L responsibility for several $1B+ global Broadband and Video CPE businesses in both the Cable and Telco markets.
