Business Analyst, Project Manager

Dan Dunlop is a strategic healthcare technology consultant with over 30 years of broad experience and a proven track record of driving clinical, business, and financial outcomes. He has been with the firm for 3+ years and has worked on numerous telehealth and start-up projects.

Dan has deep expertise in SaaS, telemedicine, and digital health and is an EHR implementation subject matter expert. Dan has held positions in a variety of companies, including several small businesses and early-stage development companies, as well as for a Fortune 50 corporation. Dan enjoys working collaboratively to drive healthcare businesses to innovate, scale up, and grow revenue. Dan most recently spent 18 months leading the charge to design and build an MVP digital platform for an innovative home Ketamine therapy service for treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. His primary focus is EHR implementation and designing efficient operational workflows.

From 2015-2019, Dan served as Chief Strategy Officer consulting for Arcadian Telepsychiatry (Telemynd). In this role, he was responsible for strategic channel partner business development and product innovation. He managed the transition of operations from a legacy siloed system to an integrated tele-EHR platform, positioning the company for rapid growth.

Over the past 10 + years, Dan has established a proven track record of providing leadership for early-stage development healthcare technology companies to reach the next level of success. He has a passion for initiatives focused on behavioral health, telemedicine, and digital population health management to deliver scalable quality care enabled through leading technology.

During the first 18 years of his career, Dan was a practicing Chiropractic Physician, including managing and growing multi-clinic MD/DC integrated group practices. His focus was evidence-based outcomes-driven whole person care. 

Dan Dunlop holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University at Albany and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College.
