Over nearly four decades, he has built software companies from the ground up, led global go-to-market organizations, and helped technology and consumer products companies capitalize on successive waves of industry transformation, from trade promotion management and retail execution to mobility, cloud, AI, and digital transformation.

As Global Vice President and Head of SAP’s Consumer Products Business Unit, Harris led strategy, innovation, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution for an organization serving more than 98% of the world’s leading consumer products companies. During his tenure, he helped drive next-generation business practices, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and accelerate growth across one of the industry’s most influential technology ecosystems.

That enterprise-scale perspective is grounded in firsthand founder and operator experience. As President of the Americas for Quofore, an Australian-founded company, Harris built its North and South American operations from the ground up, leading sales, services, and operations through rapid expansion and a successful acquisition. Earlier, as a founding executive at CAS Americas, a German-founded company, he helped establish the business as a market leader in trade promotion management and retail execution. Together, these experiences gave him a proven playbook for helping internationally founded technology companies successfully enter, scale, and compete in the U.S. market.

That blend of startup, enterprise, and advisory experience now shapes Harris’s work as a Partner and Fractional Executive at TechCXO and Founder and Managing Partner of TechCPG Advisors. He advises enterprise software, technology-enabled services, and consumer products companies, as well as private equity investors, on go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, strategic alliances, customer success, ecosystem development, and digital transformation.
