Adam Boris is a visionary leader and operations executive with broad experience in Fortune 500 companies (Ameritech Cellular, Motorola, Northrop), and high-growth, venture-backed technology companies. Adam has domain experience in healthcare services, analytics software, and wireless technology, providing services to clients as an interim CEO, COO, Strategic Advisor, and Board Member.

Adam has decades of experience bringing innovative technology and service solutions to the marketplace and building strong cross-functional teams to improve processes and deliver results. He excels at strategic marketing and new market development, developing and launching new products, and leveraging innovative technology to improve performance and enhance the customer experience.

As the CEO of ICNet Systems, Inc., Adam led the North American market penetration strategy for this UK company, building sales, operations and support teams and achieving the highest customer rating in the KLAS report for this innovative clinical decision support software solution. More than 1200 hospitals and clinics globally benefitted from ICNet services via faster outbreak detection, automated reporting, real-time clinical data analytics, surgical infection surveillance, and pharmacy medications management to prevent adverse drug events. His strategic initiatives culminated in a successful sale of the global ICNet enterprise to Baxter International.

As General Manager for Ameritech Cellular responsible for technology planning, he led the introduction and network rollout of the first digital cellular system in the US throughout the Midwest.

His current assignments include:

Salud Revenue Solutions – As strategy consultant, assists this revenue cycle software and services company with market expansion, messaging, and business development, targeting hospitals and physician practices

Xenex Robots – Advisory Board Member assisting with strategy and market development. Xenex’s xenon light disinfection system is the only disinfection system that uses pulsed xenon to create light that covers the entire germicidal spectrum.

Vivace Health Solutions – As Strategic Advisor, assisting this innovative machine learning and artificial intelligence software company with product development strategy and market penetration in the healthcare market with solutions for early disease detection.

Carefluence – As Board Advisor, assisting this innovative software company rapidly penetrate the market for healthcare interoperability solutions with the first available FHIR OpenAPI software stack to satisfy interoperability requirements for Meaningful Use certification for Medicare.

NA Hospital – Serves as a Hospital Trustee for Norwegian American Hospital and on its Strategy, Quality, and Executive Committees, while also providing IT oversight. Also elected as Chairman of the Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees. The hospital has undergone a dramatic turnaround in profitability and quality, and the Hospital Board Chairman was recognized as Trustee of the Year for large hospitals by Modern Health Magazine.

Conceivex – As a Board Member for Conceivex, Adam assists the company’s efforts to market its revolutionary patented technology to improve conception by 40% without the use of drugs or costly in vitro fertilization procedures.
