Additional practical experience and services include SOX 404 (internal controls over financial reporting), ERP implementations, 10-Q & 10-K filings and managerial reporting (budgeting & forecasting, consolidations, performance metrics, business trends, etc.). Dennis Hunt works with companies to position them for success by conducting readiness assessments including review of accounting policies and implementing best practices.

Financial, accounting, and general management executive with comprehensive experience in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of strategic, financial, and operational plans. Realizes and supports organizational objectives including improved bottom line performance using forecasting and budgeting models integrated with financial and quantitative metrics to collaboratively team with other stakeholders in the organization. Experienced in management of accounting, finance, tax, human resources, credit and IT functions.
