Maria has been an enormous asset to me as I’ve grown from Engineering Manager to Director of Engineering in the past year, across significant changes within my organization. She has deep expertise in leadership and people and can present direct feedback in that light with compassion and a great sense of care for how the information will help you grow.
Her perceptive observations and ability to drive to the heart of them blew my mind in the first session I had with her. I had been lucky enough to have interacted with her a few times before we started coaching, and am even more grateful for my continued advice from her. She made incisive points that I immediately realized were holding me back — and gave me actionable steps for how to overcome them and move to the next level. We’ve come back to some of them from other angles and I’ve been able to markedly improve my effectiveness and confidence in my new role. While we’ve been able to appreciate that, she also keeps me on my toes by always ensuring we’re thinking about the big picture and the horizon.
I’ve been able to level myself up and level up my team with Maria’s guidance. Knowing her is an immensely valuable delight.
