With more than two decades of experience, Kristin brings deep expertise in fintech and SaaS. She specializes in helping companies in the $10M to $100M revenue range scale through complex transitions, including post-merger integration. She has led finance functions through high-growth phases, investor resets, and M&A activity, building systems and processes that are scalable, withstand stress-testing, and support long-term enterprise value.

- Leading finance function of Atlanta- based start up during its growth from early stage to IPO readiness, including multiple funding rounds totaling over $180M, and establishing its first international subsidiary
- Driving post-merger integration efforts for SaaS and technology firms, aligning systems and teams across entities while ensuring business continuity
- Building and mentoring high-performing finance teams, with a focus on leadership development, operational discipline, and strategic alignment
