Pat Henn
Pat Henn has more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership with a proven track record of execution, having served as CFO/Senior Finance Leadership in leading public and private software/SAAS technology companies including Manhattan Associates, Indus International, Starcite, and Riskonnect. In addition, he is experienced as Interim CFO at various private equity/venture backed organizations.

In addition to leading the practice, Greg also serves as a Fractional Operating Partner for PE and VC-backed portfolio companies, supporting early-stage ventures through growth by providing hands-on leadership across product strategy, technical execution, technical due diligence, and post-close integration.

Greg has led over 250 Technical Due Diligence reviews, providing critical insights for investors and acquiring companies across diverse industries and technology stacks. His work spans SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and logistics, delivering both strategic clarity and operational traction.

CTO/COO, eVerifile – Led the redevelopment of multiple legacy platforms into a single, modern application with integrations to multiple data providers and Class 1 railroads. Later returned as COO at the principal investor’s request to refocus the company on its core competency during leadership transitions.
CEO/Co-founder, Message Gears – Identified a startup opportunity within a larger public company, negotiating a deal to spin off with four employees, several marquee customers, and $1M in non-equity funding. Message Gears is an ATDC graduate company still operating today.
Founder/Principal Consultant, DevHealth Consulting – Worked with over 30 companies across diverse technologies and business models, developing expertise in identifying and solving early-to-mid-stage technical and operational challenges. This experience enables Greg to quickly assess situations and execute decisive action plans.

Maria Goldsholl
Maria Goldsholl is a seasoned, energetic executive leader with an extensive background in organizational and talent development, culture management, developing HR infrastructure and building teams and operations. Her expertise has been cited and featured in Forbes HR council, The Wall Street Journal, Working Mother Magazine, Entrepreneur, Atlanta Journal-Constitution and other publications.
Prior to joining TechCXO, she was the Chief People Officer for PokitDok, a venture backed high growth healthcare technology company, where she provided leadership and direction for human resources function and served as trusted advisor to CEO and executive team on people related issues. Maria was also responsible for providing thought leadership and execution of people initiatives, organizational development, recruitment and culture initiatives.
In addition, she served as COO for Moms Corps, where she was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of this first- to-market staffing and search company. She began as the first employee of company and helped grow the organization to $16 million business with franchises and offices nationwide.
As the Director of Organizational Development for The Weather Channel, she was responsible for the company’s diversity efforts, succession planning and work/life programs. The company earned five “Employer of Choice” top rankings in the telecommunications industry.
A native of New York, NY, Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of La Verne in Athens, Greece, and a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Brooklyn College in New York.
Mike Casey
Mike Casey serves as Managing Partner of TechCXO’s CFO practice and brings more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership with a proven track record of execution.
Mike’s experience with TechCXO has included a variety of on demand and transformative interim roles including Meridium, Inc., a leader in asset management software, where Mike served as the COO and CFO for several years during a period of rapid growth and global expansion ultimately leading to the sale to GE Digital; LogFire, Inc., a leader in cloud warehouse management software, where he served as COO/CFO, raising expansion capital and the sale of LogFire to Oracle Corporation, and Aptitude Health, Inc., a leader in strategic medical communication and education services, where Mike led the sale of prIME Oncology to Internet Brands and the sale of Aptitude Health to a shareholder.
Prior to TechCXO, Mike served as the CFO at several public software and services businesses through initial public offerings, turnaround and restructurings, and mergers & acquisitions including MAPICS, Inc., iXL Enterprises, Inc., Manhattan Associates, Inc., and IQ Software Corporation.
Mike began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen, where he specialized in serving the technology and communications industries. Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
When he is not working, Mike enjoys time at the lake with family and the occasional bad round of golf.
Kent Elmer
Kent Elmer is a CPA with more than 20 years of broad-based experience ranging from Big 4 public accounting to CFO level positions at a variety of companies.
Kent began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. After gaining a strong foundation, he made the transition to the private sector. His public company experience includes various positions, including controller and CFO of a NASDAQ software company (IQ Software Corporation).
He has also been the CFO of a number of early- and growth-stage technology ventures in both software and hardware (Carecentric Solutions, Inc., Digital Furnace, Inc., R.F. Solutions, Inc.).
In addition, Kent spent time on the West Coast with Broadcom Corporation, assisting in the acquisition and integration of over 10 early-stage companies in a 12-month period. Every private sector company that Kent has worked for has successfully navigated its way through the acquisition process.
Through TechCXO, Kent is currently providing CFO and related services to early- and growth-stage technology companies in the Southeast region.
