Debbie’s career highlights include:

CFO, EasyKnock, Inc. – Debbie led strategic finance, capital markets, underwriting, accounting, treasury, tax, and FP&A functions for this Series C/D proptech company that helps homeowners unlock equity in their homes. She also established an organizational structure, completed the first independent financial statement audit, and rebuilt the company’s financial forecast model.

CFO, Greenlight Financial Technology – At this fintech venture, Debbie led the finance and accounting department, negotiated large vendor contracts to improve unit economics, and joined the founders to successfully complete a $54M Series B capital raise.

CFO, IronPlanet – Debbie led a finance team of over 35 direct reports and led IPO readiness efforts. She developed an infrastructure to scale the marketplace GMV from $0.5 billion to $1.3 billion over a two-year period, doubling revenues over that period. She also completed a $20 million equity raise and structured a $55 million credit facility to support two M&A transactions. Debbie was a key team member in executing the largest strategic partnership for the company, which positioned the company for an IPO and subsequent sale to a public company for $758M.

Debbie has also served in leadership roles in global public accounting firms where she crossed multiple service areas, including audit, tax and systems implementations. She served as a Partner with Grant Thornton where she was the Partner in charge of the Tax and Finance Optimization and Global Compliance service lines for the firm. She also served as Partner, SC&H Group, and Managing Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led the tax compliance service line for the McLean, VA office. Debbie began her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen before becoming a partner in the tax division, specializing in M&A, Tax Function Outsourcing, and Accounting Methods.

Debbie is a Certified Public Accountant and a distinguished graduate of the University of Delaware, holding a BS in Accounting.

Eric Froistad

Eric Froistad has had a successful career as a financial executive. He has served in finance and operations leadership roles for public and private companies. He has led early and growth-stage companies through venture capital and private equity transactions, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, private exits, and IPOs.  He works with clients in the software (SaaS, PaaS), financial technologies (fin-tech), and digital content sectors.

He has helped his clients raise multiple rounds of debt and equity capital, negotiated merger agreements and major customer contracts, implemented risk management programs (including cyber risk) and customer billing systems, managed compliance (SAS 70, PCI, HIPAA) and financial audits, developed incentive compensation programs, and managed client accounting/finance departments, among other services.

He served as a partner in the Finance specialty group at TechCXO from 2008 to 2018 before leaving to become CFO/COO of an international medical school, retiring in 2023. He returned to TechCXO as a Principal in March 2023. Prior to TechCXO, he was CFO of TSYS Loyalty, a loyalty technology company in the financial services/card payments sector.  He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co in Denver, rising to the senior manager level before leaving for progressive financial executive positions.

Eric Froistad earned a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado and a CPA license from the State of Colorado.

Dale Kirkland

Dale Kirkland is a Partner in TechCXO’s Finance & Operations practice and is based in Atlanta.  As an experienced leader, Dale is focused on supporting the high-growth innovation community through Fractional CFO engagements, Executive Coaching, and Seed Investing.  Dale offers his clients a unique understanding of what it takes to build and scale a high-growth technology company through his diverse background of capital advisory and direct operating experience. He was responsible for regional business development, & relationship management leadership at the industry-leading technology bank. He led over 500 financings with over $3.5 billion of capital committed. Dale specialized in cross-functional experience orchestration, lending and comprehensive payment solutions to early-stage venture, growth stage and public technology companies. His activities included account acquisition, credit evaluation, term sheet negotiations, loan closings, treasury solutions, and active networking with venture capitalists, CPAs, attorneys, PR firms, investment bankers, etc. Verticals included SaaS, Hardware, Frontier Tech, Consumer Internet and Fintech companies. He focused on the Georgia, Florida and Alabama markets. He advised founders on Go-to-market strategy, and capital planning. He was a multi-time winner of SVB President’s Club, recognizing top 30 global performers, and he had P&L responsibility of >$30MM of revenue. CFO, BroadBand Technologies, Inc.  – While at this networking equipment company, Dale executed on the following key projects:

Dale’s charitable efforts included serving as Director & Finance Chair, Board of Directors, TechBridge – TechBridge is an Atlanta-based nonprofit that helps other nonprofits to amplify their missions. TechBridge provides IT consulting, hosting and outsourcing services to hundreds of nonprofits, helping them harness the productivity gains long since enjoyed by the corporate sector, by connecting the needs of nonprofits with the skills and financial resources of the technology community.

Dale received his B.B.A. – Finance from Georgia State University, graduating Summa Cum Laudema Cum Laude and holds an Executive Coaching Diploma from Emory University.

Jim McClintock

Jim McClintock is a seasoned business leader with 30 years of executive-level financial, strategic and operational management experience. Jim has served six different organizations — from startups to a $75 million company — as their CFO. As a TechCXO Principal, he brings his clients a balance of both Fortune 50 (Citibank, BellSouth) and entrepreneurial perspectives, including expertise in: M&A, strategic planning, corporate development, CFO services, financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, information technology, risk management, banking, venture capital and private equity.

His career spans multiple industry segments within financial services and information technology and across multiple functional roles. He worked in business development for Citibank’s LBO financing unit, as a partner at North Riverside Ventures, an Atlanta-based venture capital arm of Sam Zell’s Equity Group, and as COO/CFO for an Atlanta-based broker-dealer for independent financial planners.

Jim was a senior corporate development executive at BellSouth, where he led strategy and deal teams for BellSouth’s Broadband, Entertainment and Internet groups, including the completion of a $500 million digital cable TV programming partnership among BellSouth, Ameritech, SBC Communications and Walt Disney, the acquisition of five wireless cable companies for $250 million, and a wide variety of other strategic transactions (divestitures, strategic alliances, partnerships, software licenses, investments, etc.). He also led a BellSouth International team in developing strategic plans for BellSouth’s Latin American affiliates to enter the Internet services business in six Latin American countries.

Jim subsequently headed the startup of a broadband communications service provider in Canada (Cypress Communications) and served in fractional CFO roles for an information security software company, a telecom billing software company, and an INC 500 digital marketing agency.

Jim was a Partner at Pace Capital Advisors for eight years, where he provided M&A advisory and exit planning services to owners of privately held, lower middle market businesses with revenues of $5 million to $50 million.

During his tenure with TechCXO, Jim has served as fractional CFO for software as a service companies in the healthcare and financial services industries. He has also assisted owners of multiple businesses with M&A transactions.

Jim received his B.A. from Washington and Lee University and his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Andrew Roberts

Andrew Roberts is a CFO at TechCXO and covers a wide array of growth-stage companies’ forecasting and capital-raising needs. He came to TechCXO in 2020 from Seven Oaks Company, where he supervised the complete financial operating division with $500 million in assets under management. While in that role, he worked closely with clients and partners in their decisions involving finance and forecasting, accumulating vast experience in modeling for new investment targets and prospective dispositions. Among his previous roles, Andrew spent seven years working at Hines, an international real estate investor/manager, in the two distinct but complementary roles of controllership/asset management and project development. His skills include Accounting, Financial and Strategic Planning, Budget Development, Operational and Financial Forecasting, JV Investment, and Project Management.

Andrew has served as a Board member of the Georgia Chapter of NAIOP, one of North America’s largest commercial real estate organizations. He has a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from Emory University. He attained his CPA license in 2005.

Alex Wilharm

Alex Wilharm is an energetic and people-focused Human Resource Professional. He has a strong background in recruitment and scaling teams, coaching and performance management, and employee engagement. His most recent experience includes rapidly scaling early-stage startups and standing up their HR functions, including overseeing internal recruitment. Additionally, he has extensive experience in talent acquisition across an array of functions and industries, helping to scale teams in customer service, operations, and sales, as well as the recruitment of individuals across technology, financial, and pharmaceutical industries, among others. His early career prepared him for the demands and pace of evolving companies, where he excelled in recruiting and coaching high-functioning teams for eight years in Division I college athletics. Greg Klebon

Greg Klebon is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience partnering with privately held, high-growth companies. His expertise spans financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), transfer pricing, foreign currency translation, and finance and accounting transformation. Greg has a proven track record of delivering strategic financial leadership and driving operational excellence.

At TechCXO, Greg has served as Vice President of Finance and has taken on CFO responsibilities for multiple clients, helping organizations scale their financial operations and optimize performance.

Prior to joining TechCXO, Greg led the finance team at a global leader in translation services, where he played a key role in guiding the company through a 400% revenue increase and expanding its workforce from 50 to 125 employees over eight years. Before that, he held managerial and sales positions in the hospitality industry in Italy and the pharmaceutical sector.

Greg holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami School of Business, a Master of Accounting from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Premedicine from Penn State University. He previously held a CPA license and speaks Spanish and Italian.

Christy Kudlac

Christy Kudlac is a senior leader with 25 years of demonstrated experience developing software in the Information Technology industry. She has held positions that have included Head of Engineering, Director, and Program Director at multiple companies.

Christy’s areas of expertise include leading and managing software product development organizations, Agile development transformations including the use of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban practices, delivering large multi-tenant SaaS solutions, and, most recently, Product Operations, which is the intersection of product management, engineering, and customer success (go-to-market counterparts). She has experience in the MarTech, FinTech, Sales Engagement, and Educational Fundraising arenas.

Christy holds a BS in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. She is a passionate mentor who values collaboration, culture, and relationships to move products to the next level.

Matthew Klaiber

Matthew Klaiber is an experienced finance professional with a background in consulting and entrepreneurship. Matt started his career at EY where he performed audit and IPO services. After, Matt joined PricewaterhouseCooper’s M&A practice where he executed buy-side and sell-side diligence for public and private equity clients. Most recently, Matt operated and expanded two ventures within the Hospitality industry.

Ross Bagley

Ross Bagley is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, AI innovation, and enterprise data strategy across diverse industries. As Chief Technology Officer and Principal at TechCXO, he has led the design and execution of scalable, cloud-native platforms, integrating AI-driven analytics to optimize business operations and enhance customer engagement. His expertise spans predictive modeling, IT governance, and advanced data architectures, making him a recognized authority in AI and business analytics.

Beyond his industry impact, Ross is a respected educator and academic leader. He serves as Managing Director of the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program at the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, where he bridges academia and industry by facilitating experiential learning programs with corporate partners. Jeff Browning

Jeff is an experienced software executive who serves clients typically as a fractional or interim CTO/CPTO. He has extensive experience leading and transforming product development organizations to achieve efficient, effective, sustainable delivery of products and services. His approach is to work closely with the leadership team to understand and address the strategic needs and objectives of the business.

His areas of expertise include software development, software delivery, strategic alignment of development resources, building and leading software development teams, team assessment and improvement, Agile development process, continuous delivery optimization, software architecture, product roadmap delivery and product market fit. Jeff has served in a wide range of markets including FinTech, InfoSec, MarTech, Healthcare Tech and more.

CTO, Alogent (FinTech) – Jeff managed the launch of a new online and mobile Digital Banking platform as well as the continued advancement of continuous delivery, containerization, and orchestration throughout all of Alogent’s products.

CPTO, Optima (Healthcare) – Jeff led all aspects of product and engineering including expanding the product offering from one to four product lines in less than two years. He was a key executive in M&A activity and in the acquisition of Optima by Net Health

Director, IBM Commerce Marketing Development – Jeff was responsible for the development and delivery of IBM Commerce Marketing software worldwide. This included the development, launch and ongoing support of the IBM Marketing Cloud, ongoing development of the IBM Marketing software on-premises suite as well as shared services. At IBM Jeff was a key leader driving Saas/Cloud services, agile development and the convergence of Cloud and on-premises offerings.

SVP, Product Development, Silverpop – Jeff led all product development and product management for the Silverpop SAAS platform trusted by more than 5,000 brands around the globe. He was a key executive in the acquisition of Silverpop by IBM.

SVP Engineering, Secureworks – Jeff led the development of all SecureWorks products including a security information management platform that processes nearly 20 billion events per day serving approximately 3000 customers including several Fortune 10 companies and nearly 10 percent of the Fortune 500 companies. During this time he built the development organization from a team of 20 to a team of 130 people across four cities supporting revenue growth from $10M to $130M. He was involved in the technical due diligence of multiple companies and was an active contributor on the team that led to a successful acquisition and integration of SecureWorks by Dell.

He has also held senior leadership and technical positions with organizations that included Air2Web, MultiActive Software, SSI and Bellsouth. Jeff earned a Masters of Business Information Systems from Georgia State University and a BBA (Finance) from the University of Georgia.When Jeff is not working with clients, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking and trail running.

Hunter Morhous

Hunter has over 20 years of experience developing, evaluating, and executing highly complex strategic plans for various companies, including public and private entities, large corporations, and small businesses. He has supported senior executives with initiatives related to cash flow management, capital structure optimization, financial forecasting, mergers & acquisitions, and capital raising (both equity and debt).

He provides a comprehensive organizational perspective and a results-oriented approach to tasks and projects, emphasizing stakeholder relationship management, business & financial modeling, sell-side preparation, merger & acquisition integration, financial planning & analysis, project management, and audit management & compliance.

Hunter earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Strategy from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He also serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations dedicated to healthcare and education.

Justin Travis

Justin Travis has spent his career developing software for healthcare companies. He has worked for several companies in many areas of the healthcare industry writing, architecting, and managing software to improve patient’s lives. Most recently he has worked as Director of Engineering for the largest ABA software company servicing clinicians caring for children with autism.

His areas of expertise include Microsoft Stack development, Agile development processes, and scaling software solutions from small to large using cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
