Dave Currie

Dave partners with CEOs, CFOs, founders, and boards of $5M–$150M revenue companies to accelerate performance, modernize operations, and prepare for a transaction or liquidity event within a 36-month window. He serves as an operating partner and hands-on executive, helping leadership teams clarify strategy, tighten execution, and engineer enterprise value creation with speed and discipline.

Alongside his work with TechCXO, Dave is an active investor and LP in Hybrid Capital. The fund provides minimally dilutive growth capital to recurring-revenue technology companies. In that role, he invests in and advises founders scaling from $1M to $10M+ ARR, helping them optimize their GTM engines, strengthen operational fundamentals, and preserve ownership while pursuing meaningful, durable scale.

A founder, operator, and investor for more than two decades, Dave has built and grown mission-critical B2B SaaS and DaaS platforms at the intersection of media, marketing, and technology. He is best known for his tenure as CEO of Winmo, where he led the business from a scaling SaaS platform into the industry-leading sales intelligence solution for media and agency professionals across the U.S. and U.K. Under his leadership, Winmo expanded internationally, launched new data and AI capabilities, executed strategic acquisitions, strengthened recurring revenue foundations, and ultimately completed a successful private-equity sale and integration into a larger strategic platform.

Throughout his career, Dave has focused on building organizations where data, technology, and people work together with clarity and purpose. He has a track record of creating cultures rooted in collaboration, accountability, and ownership—cultures that unlock performance in teams and transform how clients sell, market, and grow.

Today, his work centers on next-generation data-driven infrastructure: platforms that don’t simply inform decisions but power them. He partners with exceptional founders and executive teams building scalable, durable solutions that become indispensable to the industries they serve.

Dave brings a blend of operator depth, investor intuition, and strategic clarity to every engagement, helping companies grow smarter, move faster, and create enterprise value that compounds.

He earned his degree in Business from the University of Newcastle in Australia, where he concentrated on International Economics, Management, Communications, Marketing, and Consumer Psychology. He speaks Japanese and is sought after as a speaker and moderator at industry events, and as a contributor to publications including AdAge, Digiday, The Drum, VentureBeat and AdWeek.

Bruce Kopkin

Bruce Kopkin doesn’t see revenue as a function, but as a system. One that only works when sales, marketing, and customer success operate in seamless sync.

With over 40 years of executive experience, Bruce helps companies transform siloed go-to-market efforts into integrated, high-performing revenue engines. As a Fractional CRO/CSO and Partner at TechCXO, he works with early-stage, growth-stage, and private equity-backed organizations to fix broken pipelines, shorten sales cycles, and align cross-functional teams for measurable, sustainable impact.

Bruce brings deep experience across technology, SaaS, services, manufacturing, and the travel & hospitality sectors. He has built and rebuilt sales and customer success organizations, repositioned GTM strategies, and led companies through high-stakes growth, turnaround, and pre-exit phases.

Select career highlights:

  • Improved forecast accuracy by 40%, expanded quality pipeline by 66%, and increased win rate by 25% at a mid-market SaaS provider by realigning sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Accelerated SaaS revenue by 41% YoY, with a 17% lift in services revenue, while leading a strategic turnaround at sales-i, positioning the company for outside investment.
  • Increased customer retention from 86% to 97% and grew license margins by 22% during a turnaround at GT Software, where he realigned customer success and rationalized the product portfolio.
  • Grew average deal size by 41%  at DVI during the COVID-ravaged travel market while decreasing sales cycles by two months
  • Secured Cerebri AI’s first customers while serving as CRO, requiring developing messaging, GTM strategies, and hiring a sales team.

He works side-by-side with founders, operators, and PE teams to break down silos, fix revenue leaks, and build sales engines that are accountable, measurable, and built for growth. His strength lies in operationalizing growth: mentoring teams, tightening processes, and aligning GTM strategy with the realities of execution, all while keeping a close eye on margins, retention, and pipeline health.

Bruce is also the President of the Executive Sales and Marketing Association, serves on the Revenue Acceleration Board, and advises several startups and nonprofits.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
