CFO of Slingshot Health, a healthcare marketplace startup with over 30 employees. Morris was hired by the CEO to design integrations with EHR systems. He quickly expanded that role to lead business analytics, internal accounting, financial projections and modeling, cash flow management, human resources, performance management, HIPAA Compliance, and stockholder communications. The team raised $15M in seed round funding.

Founder & Partner serving as the COO, CFO, and Chief Culture Officer of StratX IT Solutions. StratX was formed from the merger of Stemp Systems and a healthcare-focused local MSP. Morris was responsible for the successful integration of the two company’s systems, operations, and culture and grew the combined entity to $10M and 70 employees with over $800K of monthly recurring revenue.

Founder & CEO of Stemp Systems Group, an IT consulting and outsourced technical support organization which delivered IT resources to clients not large enough to warrant their own IT department yet had extensive, ongoing IT needs. He grew the business to $4M and 40 staff. Clients included a nursing home management client with over 5,000 users and 400 nursing homes in the US. The project included 200+ servers with 24/7 helpdesk support, complete redundancy, disaster planning and business continuity design with dozens of state-of-the-art sub-systems.

Morris began his career as a Senior Accountant and Consultant with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG) in New York City.

Paul Sansone

Karen Reynolds

Tom Morton

Neal Miller

Neal Miller is a Partner Emeritus at TechCXO. Neal was one of the early partners at the firm, joining as a fractional CFO in 2006. Over the last 18 years, Neal has worked with over 50 TechCXO clients in a diverse set of industries, including SaaS/Software, telecom, healthcare tech and health services, energy solutions and tangible goods. He has been involved with clients who completed capital transactions – equity/debt, buy and sell – approaching $2 Billion.

Neal had the privilege of advising over a dozen early stage companies who ultimately had successful exits, including: Cloud Sherpas (Accenture), Clearleap (IBM), Lanyon (Vista Equity Partners), Boomtown (Inside Real Estate) and FSLogix (Microsoft).

Maura is a senior financial executive with progressive experience in small and large technology companies within the private and public domain in the US, Europe and Japan.

She has held several interim and full time CFO positions for privately held companies across various industries, including BitSight Technologies, Groom Energy Consultants, RedPoint Global, Digital Lumens, and Brix Networks.

She has been responsible for BoD activities, Equity and Debt financings, Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal and Facilities. Maura specializes in directing cross-functional teams, acquisition integration and developing strategic partnerships.

As a strategic leader, he drives cross functional collaboration for startups to mid-market public and private companies.

Mike’s client base is focused primarily on the SaaS, e-commerce, hardware, software, Life Science , manufacturing and professional services industries.

As the founding CFO of Brainshark, Inc., a leading Sales training and coaching SaaS platform, he led the Company’s Finance and Administration teams through several growth and financing phases. He also held Senior Executive roles with several public companies including Elcom International, Howden Group PLC, and Trend –Lines Inc.

Mike has extensive experience in securing financing (debt, private and public equity), merger and acquisition transactions and scaling operations of growth stage companies.

As an interim and part-time CFO for early stage technology companies, he provides the following services:
• Cash flow planning and forecasting
• M&A / Exit planning and preparation
• Financial statement preparation and analysis
• Budgeting and long term financial planning and modeling
• Development of operating metrics and KPI’s
