David has extensive leadership and operational experience in leading and managing high-performance product & development teams and Production Operations teams such as DevOps, Call Centers, IT, and Security. He also has extensive experience raising capital, mergers & acquisitions, IPO readiness & application, and due diligence, including public company processes and reporting enhancements. David has also led direct and indirect global expansion through partnerships and direct investment into Europe, Latin America, China, and Australia/ New Zealand.
