Bob has worked in a variety of roles, including: president, COO, VP of Sales, Software Development & Consulting Services, and Director of Global Operations for start-ups, emerging growth, and mid-market technology companies. He has a proven track record in achieving results for closely held, venture and private equity-backed companies.
Bob also has held leadership positions for a variety of well-known professional service companies, including: Alvarez & Marsal, IBM and Whittman-Hart. His expertise includes: financial/operational due diligence, leading turnarounds, and transforming businesses by implementing best practice processes, custom technology solutions and enterprise software solutions. Prior to these roles, Bob had a successful career in corporate finance and mid-market commercial lending.
Bob has delivered over $100M in shareholder value realized through the venture capital raises, re-capitalizations and strategic acquirers. Most recently as the head of global operations and consulting, Bob profitably scaled KnowledgeAdvisors’ recurring subscription business resulting in its $54M purchase by Corporate Executive Board.
Bob graduated with a BBA in Marketing from University of Notre Dame in 1985, and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago in 1990.
