He has a proven track record in achieving results for closely held, venture, and private equity-backed companies.
Bob has also held leadership positions for a variety of well-known professional service companies, including Alvarez & Marsal, IBM, and Whittman-Hart. His expertise includes financial/operational due diligence, leading turnarounds, and transforming businesses by implementing best practice processes, custom technology solutions, and enterprise software solutions. Prior to these roles, Bob had a successful career in corporate finance and mid-market commercial lending.
Bob has delivered over $100M in shareholder value realized through venture capital raises, recapitalizations, and strategic acquirers. Most recently as the head of global operations and consulting, Bob profitably scaled KnowledgeAdvisors’ recurring subscription business, resulting in its $54M purchase by Corporate Executive Board.
Bob graduated with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame in 1985, and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago in 1990.
