Curtis Cain is a senior executive with wide range of financial, operational and general management skills. As a strong leader, he has a proven track record of building and leading organizations through dramatic growth and change.

He has deep operational and financial experience within Healthcare Technology, Enterprise Software, Cybersecurity and Technology Services industries. Curt is one of TechCXO’s Subject Matter Experts in M&A, particularly for companies with $10M-$100M in revenue.

Curtis has served as the CFO of five technology companies as well as CEO / President / General Manager of four other technology companies.  In addition, he served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.

Most recently, Curtis served as CFO for Core Security, the cybersecurity market leader in threat-aware identity, access, authentication and vulnerability management solutions. Previously, he was the CFO of Cotiviti, the healthcare technology market leader in cost containment solutions, where he helped to grow the business from $80M to over $500M.

Curt received his MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Information Systems from University of Southern California, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
