Client Testimonials:

“Kerri built our HR strategy from the ground up and provided us with structure and procedures without disrupting the positive, start-up vibe that existed before she joined. She was a mentor to all of the managers in how best to keep our growing workforce happy and motivated. She was also the company therapist to all employees such was her approachable, caring personality. Most recently Kerri led our company through several years of drastic cultural / organizational change as the company went through acquisition. She should have received dozens of medals for how she somehow kept people happy and made the rough organizational transition as smooth as it possibly could be for everyone.”

Toby Skinner, VP Marketing, innRoad

“Kerri is a seasoned solid HR professional who is detail-oriented and well-respected by her fellow employees. She is very intuitive and consequently very adept at identifying issues early, that combined with a bias toward action often preempts issues before they become significant.”

Jim Menard, Retired, Former Senior Manager, IBM

“Kerri cultivates an understanding of her entire organization at a very deep level. She has been a clear voice in day-to-day procedure, hiring, work culture, and any number of other areas. Plus she’s unfailingly kind and hilarious. If you’re reading this, you’d be crazy not to hire her.”
