As a member of the Management Team, Catherine spearheaded the strategy development and implementation of the firm’s human capital strategy, achieving buy-in from global stakeholders. She created a hiring and talent development framework that rewarded excellence, eliminated mediocrity and ensured continuous feedback and open communication.

Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago – During her Fed career, Catherine held multiple executive leadership roles and was entrusted to build employee engagement, strengthen skill development and create agile solutions to recruit and retain bank examiners, including during financial crises.
